ABOUT ROSA
Launched in early 2026, ROSA (Remote Opportunities for Student Access) is a special project sponsored by the Kansas Board of Regents Adult Education Department. ROSA is designed to strengthen statewide collaboration and expand learner access to high-quality adult education instruction.
ROSA provides a centralized, practitioner-facing catalog of online classes offered by participating Kansas adult education programs. By making course availability visible across agencies, ROSA supports shared access to instruction while honoring local program autonomy.
Through structured cross-enrollment processes and coordinated communication between programs, ROSA enables agencies to connect learners with classes that best meet their academic levels, schedules, and transition goals. In addition to serving as a master listing of available courses, ROSA establishes a clear communication pipeline to facilitate cross-agency enrollment and student support.
